After completing school in Batemans Bay Mitch moved to Sydney to undertake a professional golf traineeship at New South Wales Golf Club. Mitch then moved to Wollongong where he took up a position as the teaching professional at Port Kembla Golf Club. His interest in coaching and assisting people to improve their golf game led him to complete a Bachelor of Exercise Science with Distinction and then to his Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology with Distinction at the University of Wollongong. His initial interest in golf coaching transitioned into helping people achieve their personal health goals and rehabilitation from injury. Since completing his studies he has worked full time as an exercise physiologist.
