Myotherapy

Myotherapy is the assessment, treatment and management of muscular dysfunction, resulting in pain and the effects on movement and mobility.  Myotherapists use a wide range of treatment techniques to improve the structure and function soft tissue structures (muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia).

Myotherapists use various techniques to address these issues, such as deep tissue massage, trigger point releases, cupping, dry needling, hot/cold therapy, and rehabilitative exercises.
