Our dietitian can support you in enhancing your overall health and wellbeing by helping you manage your weight, optimise your diet, boost energy levels, improve athletic performance, and navigate chronic health conditions. From providing guidance on food intolerances and allergies to promoting sustainable lifestyle changes, our dietitian services equip you with the knowledge and tools to make informed choices for long-term health.
What to expect
Your initial consultation will be approximately 1 hour long and will include a comprehensive nutrition assessment. We will explore your current lifestyle, eating habits, knowledge, and challenges, while developing tailored strategies to help you reach your goals.
Follow-up consultations will last approximately 30 minutes and will take place after your initial consultation. These sessions provide an opportunity to review your progress, share feedback on previous strategies, and make any necessary adjustments to better support your journey.

About our dietitian
Hannah is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD), who graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours). Growing up in Wollongong, Hannah was brought up in the world of competitive athletics and dancing, in a life filled with all things to do with health, fitness, and wellbeing. Through this, she has gained a great understanding of the requirements in order to fuel your body correctly for optimal performance to achieve your goals.
Hannah has a passion for helping people improve their lives through their nutrition, providing personalised consultations utilising evidence-based advice to help clients with their unique nutrition needs. Hannah’s interest lies in helping empower clients to take control of their own health, encouraging a food-first approach to nutrition, to promote long-lasting solutions through a healthy lifestyle, and supporting healthy relationships with food.
Dietitian appointments are available with Hannah on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
